Background:

I initially went to school for automotive technology and worked as a technician and service manager at a Ford dealership with the idea to later open up my own shop. It wasn't until I went back to school when my path changed.

I played a lot of street soccer growing up with friends, neighbors, and family. During High School I was more involved in Track. Towards the end of High School I played in Liga Interamericana with several different teams. I lived my first competitve team experience when I played while in school at Harper College in 2012 to study Business Administration. It was then when I realized my true passion for coaching.

Mission statement:

Soccer has always been a cultural lifestyle in my family. I coach because it gives me the opportunity to be a mentor while involving myself in the sport that I appreciate the most. I believe the purpose of life is to be challenged and to learn in everything we do every day. Being a coach allows me challenge myself in every game, practice, and session no matter what that age is. I enjoy the problem solving it involves to coach where the players are my variables. I believe coaching soccer or any sport is not only about making a great team or players but also great men and women.  I plan to continue to grow as an individual, coach, and mentor in order to contribute to the development of those future men and women.
