ECSA is partnering with Jordan Athletic Center to bring Fitness, Speed, and Agility training to our older teams. The Winter sessions will run for ten weeks, with boys and girls teams rotating the weeks. Girls will start first; please see the dates and times for your team below. Class length: 60 minutes

Speed and agility workouts complement and improve the performance of all sports. Avoid injury, be an effective player, become stronger & move faster, improve recovery times. Incorporates Drills, hand-eye coordination, speed, agility, jumping, and change of direction.

Friday
5:30 PM – 2011 Elite
6:30 PM – 2009 Blue and White.
